Our Licensing and Regulation

We are licensed and regulated to offer our services. For players in Great Britain, we operate under a licence issued by the Gambling Commission, licence account number 57924. For players outside Great Britain within our permitted markets, we operate under the Government of Gibraltar, regulated by the Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner, licence numbers RGL 133 and RGL 134. Eligibility and Account Registration

Deposits and Withdrawals

Our Regal Wins withdrawal policy follows a net deposit rule: withdrawals are directed to the payment method(s) with the highest net deposit amount, and payments may be split across multiple methods where necessary. Minimum withdrawal is £10/€10. Withdrawal limits per transaction are as follows:

We do not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply its own limits. Most RegalWins withdrawal time requests are processed instantly through our Fast Withdrawals system. Withdrawals to a new, previously unused payment method may take up to 24 hours. Instant Bank Transfer and PayPal withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes, Apple Pay within 15 minutes to 24 hours, and standard debit card withdrawals without Fast Withdrawals may take 1-3 working days.
